Job summary

Launceston Airport is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our Planning & Infrastructure team. The role focuses on delivering and coordinating a diverse portfolio of minor capital works within a live airport environment, working across building, civil and infrastructure projects.

• Experience delivering building or civil infrastructure projects within a live operational environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across tenants, regulators and contractors.
• Proactive, well-organised approach with effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver Launceston Airport's minor capital works program, safely, on time and within budget.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, tenants and third parties, ensuring compliance with airport requirements and safety standards.
• Support project managers in major capital works through reporting, procurement, onboarding, permits and stakeholder engagement.
