Qualifications

• Experience with cargo handling and scheduling in aviation.
• Proven ability to manage documentation such as air waybills and manifests.
• Familiarity with aviation safety and OH&S compliance.
• IATA Dangerous Goods certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with cargo management systems (Cargospot).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily cargo operations for scheduled flights.
• Process air waybills, manifests, customs docs and shipment records.
• Track shipments and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regs, and safety standards.
• Support dangerous goods handling and quality/safety systems.
• Prepare reports and maintain operation records.
