Job summary
Forty2 AG in Australia is seeking an IT Banking Consultant (Avaloq) to support banking transformation initiatives as an Avaloq Parameterization Specialist. You will analyze requirements, design and implement Avaloq-based solutions, and collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and testers.
The ideal candidate has hands-on Avaloq configuration, development, and testing experience in banking or wealth management, plus fluent English. German or French is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Finance or related field.
- Hands-on Avaloq configuration, parameterization, or development.
- Experience in banking or wealth management environments.
- Fluent English; German and/or French a plus.
- Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Avaloq solutions, including configuration and development.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues raised by stakeholders.
- Design, prepare, and maintain SIT, UAT, and BAU test cases.
- Support defect management, resolution, and retesting activities.
- Provide support to Project Managers and Test Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to documentation, solution specs, and implementation activities.
