Anduril is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to join a cutting-edge subsea robotics team in Australia. You will own test software, automation, and tooling that validates every Dive-XL vehicle before release, including Python-based workflows, operator GUIs, and interlocks for safety and reliability.

You will also manage the infrastructure behind test stations (NixOS builds, MES data flows, and configuration management) to ensure reproducibility and rollback safety across a fleet of stations

Qualificações

• Degree in software/CS/electrical/mechatronic or related field.
• Experience in hardware testing and automated test systems (LabVIEW, Test Stand, etc.).
• Proficiency in programming languages.

Responsabilidades

• Build broad range of test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream, including PCBA bring up and system level checkouts.
• Develop, execute, and manage test ecosystem to reduce hardware risk and ensure product reliability.
• Perform hands-on root cause analysis of electromechanical subsystems using structured problem solving.
• Design, implement and maintain semi-automated testing equipment and protocols for subsystem characterization.
• Diagnose production test issues as first point of contact for test technicians; escalate with design/software teams as needed.
• Collaborate with design/systems teams throughout product development to perform risk assessments and own test deployment in production.
• Produce and maintain testing logs/data; develop library of error codes for fast issue resolution.
• Create clear test instructions for technicians in MES or other test execution platforms.
• Optimize end-of-line FAT for AUVs and validate PCBA/electrical system components through testing and rework.
