Job summary

GIG (Global Interactive) on the Gold Coast is hiring a driven Fundraiser to secure long-term child sponsorships. The role offers a $70K base plus uncapped commissions, with an realistic OTE above $100K and strong earning potential for high performers.

You'll work with a supportive team, receive full training and systems, and have autonomy to manage your own pipeline and schedule while reporting back to HQ. This is a full-time position with immediate start and the chance to grow with a

Qualifications

• Based in the Gold Coast, with a reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own time.
• Confident generating your own leads and building relationships from scratch.
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable having meaningful conversations.
• Experience in fundraising or direct sales is a plus—but not essential.
• Someone who wants to earn well, do rewarding work, and grow with the role.

Responsibilities

• Connecting with individuals and businesses to sign up new long-term child sponsors.
• Making calls, visiting businesses, building your own network—your approach, your plan.
• Managing your own schedule and prospecting strategy, with regular check-ins to HQ.
