Job summary

11 Recruitment is seeking a venue manager for a private Swan River vessel in Perth. The role involves hands-on control of day-to-day front-of-house operations, event planning, and team leadership for a high-service charter experience.

You will lead and coordinate casual staff, manage suppliers and stock, handle purchasing, and ensure liquor, food safety, and maritime compliance throughout events.

Qualifications

• Experience in venue, function centre or hospitality operations.
• Hands-on event management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver charter events to a high service standard.
• Lead and roster the casual front-of-house team.
• Manage suppliers, stock and purchasing.
• Oversee venue administration and event preparation.
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, food safety and maritime requirements.
• Lead the team during events and oversee post-event reset.
