Formación

• Approximately 5–10 years' experience in residential construction and site supervision.
• Current Building Supervisor Licence (essential).
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple residential or multi‑unit projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, programming and site coordination.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of project budgets, variations and cost control.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of multiple residential and multi‑unit construction projects from commencement through to handover.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site activities.
• Drive construction programmes, ensuring milestones, deadlines and budgets are achieved.
• Monitor project costs, variations and construction expenditure.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship through regular site inspections and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, building regulations and company procedures.
• Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges, delays and project risks.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, certifiers and other key stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate site records, progress reports and project documentation.
• Work collaboratively with management to continually improve construction processes and project outcomes.
