Job summary

PLS Group is seeking an experienced Mine Control professional for our Pilgangoora Operation in the Pilbara region. The role leads and supports Autonomous Haulage System (AHS) operations, providing technical expertise, troubleshooting, and governance of MineStar Command to deliver safe and productive autonomous fleet performance.

Based on a permanent full-time basis, you will work on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO in the Pilbara, partnering with Mine Operations, Planning, Maintenance and

Qualifications

• 5+ years operating AHS haul fleets.
• Expert experience with CAT Command for Hauling in a control environment.
• Safety-conscious with strong environmental commitment.
• Degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement to enhance AHS reliability and productivity.
• Collaborate with Mine Operations, Maintenance, Technology and OEM partners.
• Monitor AHS performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide leadership for safe, reliable autonomous mining operations.
