Job summary

Fuse Recruitment is seeking an Experienced Machine Operator for a well-established food manufacturing site in Australia. The role pays $34.96 per hour, with an immediate start on the morning shift and a transition to the afternoon shift after a set period.

You will have real autonomy over complex machinery and a direct hand in production output. The ideal candidate has proven experience operating industrial machinery in food manufacturing, solid knowledge of food safety, and a hands-on approach

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating industrial machinery in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and reduce downtime.
• Willingness to work a rotating morning/afternoon shift.
• On-site availability and immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and adjust processing machinery to hit efficiency and quality targets.
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards.
• Identify and resolve equipment issues before downtime.
• Complete production documentation and quality checks.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets.
