Job summary

Fuse Recruitment is partnering with a premium food packaging manufacturer based in Yatala seeking reliable Machine Operators for an immediate start on a Day Shift. The role involves setting up and operating packaging machinery, monitoring quality, loading materials, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while following SOPs.

Ideal candidates will have previous machine operating experience, strong attention to detail, and a solid safety focus.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience in manufacturing or packaging preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong reliability and safety mindset, with a focus on SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production/packaging machinery in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor quality assurance and ensure finished product meets standards.
• Load materials, pack finished goods and perform general line duties.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow SOPs.

We’re seeking reliable Machine Operators for an immediate start on DayShift. Our client is known for their state of the art facility and they are committed to safety, quality, and creating a positive culture where hardworking team members are supported and recognised.

Key Duties:

• Set up and operate production / packaging machinery in a fast-paced environment
• Monitoring quality assurance
• Loading materials, packing finished product & general line duties
• Maintaining a clean, safe work area and following SOPs

What we’re looking for:

• Previous Machine operating experience (manufacturing/packaging ideal)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong reliability & safety focus
• Ability to commit to shift times - 4:45am to 1:15pm
