Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification or equivalent.
• Significant experience in a Senior Finance Manager role.
• Experience in data centres, infrastructure, property, energy, construction or similar capital-intensive sector.
• Strong financial modelling and FP&A capability.
• Ability to work autonomously with broad remit.
• Desire to build rather than inherit a finance function.
• Confident with senior stakeholders and decision-making.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented when required.

Responsibilities

• Building and developing the finance function as the business scales.
• Ownership of budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Providing commercial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Managing financial reporting, month-end and management reporting.
• Supporting major capital projects and investment decisions.
• Developing robust financial controls, processes and systems.
• Partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders across the business.
• Working closely with senior leadership on business performance and growth.
• Helping shape the finance infrastructure required for a rapidly scaling organisation.
