Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, in-house or agency.
• Solid knowledge of SEO and paid search.
• Comfort with analytics tools and reporting.
• Strong writing and conversion-focused mindset.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage own projects.
• Bonus: WordPress, local SEO, or IT/services exposure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO strategy — keyword research, on-page optimisation and content.
• Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, social) and optimise for cost per lead.
• Create and schedule content for the website, blog and social channels.
• Run email and remarketing campaigns.
• Track performance in Google Analytics & Search Console and report on what’s working.
• Spot new opportunities to grow visibility and bookings.
