Job summary

Healthcarelink Support is seeking a flexible Occupational Therapist (Contractor) to deliver high-quality services across community, home, and clinic settings along the East Coast Queensland. You will manage your own caseload with clinical supervision and mentoring support.

Ideal candidates will have AHPRA registration, NDIS experience, and a strong focus on meaningful client outcomes, with a flexible schedule and independent practice within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA Registration.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Police Check.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
• Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.]

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments and evidence-based interventions for NDIS and community clients.
• Conduct functional capacity assessments, therapy assessments, and reviews.
• Deliver OT services in community, home, and clinic settings.
• Complete assistive technology and home modification recommendations.
• Develop therapy plans tailored to client goals.
• Prepare professional reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with families, support coordinators, and other healthcare professionals.
• Manage a flexible caseload with ongoing clinical support available.
