Job summary

Capability Support Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist contractor to cover Ipswich, Toowoomba, Gold Coast, Brisbane and Morayfield. The role offers a flexible contractor arrangement with a blended therapy and assessment caseload, including FCA, AT, and Home Living assessments.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team with strong administration support and ongoing professional development opportunities. AHPRA registration and NDIS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist with AHPRA and current status.
• Experience working with NDIS participants preferred.
• Strong assessment and clinical report writing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing therapy: 50% caseload mix of therapy duties.
• Assessments: 50% caseload including FCA, AT, Home Living assessments.
• Deliver telehealth, community, home or school assessments as needed.
