Job summary

Resthaven Incorporated is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our Community Services team in a permanent full-time role based from our Noarlunga office. You will work across Onkaparinga, delivering person-centred physiotherapy to older people, supporting them through restorative, rehabilitation and maintenance programs tailored to their needs.

This role offers opportunities to work independently within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, building relationships with clients while delivering

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Demonstrated professional practice as a Physiotherapist.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage work with minimal supervision.
• Sound computer skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients with acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop and deliver restorative, rehabilitation and maintenance programs.
• Provide physiotherapy services to individuals and groups.
• Review treatment plans and evaluate outcomes.
• Embed a person-centred, goal-oriented approach to care.
• Work with clients, families and multidisciplinary team members.
• Supervise and support Therapy Assistants and students.
• Maintain professional clinical documentation and contribute to quality outcomes.
