Job summary

The District Nurse at Central Highlands Rural Health provides comprehensive clinical nursing care in clients' homes and community settings in the Macedon Ranges catchment. You will work autonomously within a supportive district nursing team, delivering person-centred care across CHSP, HACC-PYP and related programs.

Provide comprehensive clinical nursing care within clients' homes and community settings across CHSP, HACC-PYP and related programs.
Manage a diverse caseload and deliver person-centred care to clients.
Work autonomously while supported by an experienced district nursing team.
