Job summary

Little Zak's Academy in The Entrance seeks an experienced Centre Director or capable 2IC to lead a high-performing, 122-place centre with real autonomy and budget ownership. You will shape service outcomes, guide educators, and drive quality in daily practice.

You will be supported from day one with a structured induction and ongoing guidance from an experienced leadership team, while maintaining strong relationships with families and the local community.

Qualifications

• Must hold ACECQA-approved Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching Degree.
• Experience as Centre Director or strong 2IC ready to step up.
• Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, compliance and QIP.
• Comfortable taking on Nominated Supervisor responsibilities.
