The post-holder will work autonomously within Practice guidelines and will be supported by a GP when needed, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a dynamic clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Work within professional boundaries to accurately examine and assess patients with an undifferentiated diagnosis, from a physiological, psychological and social perspective, and plan clinical care accordingly.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions, integrating drug and non-drug-based treatments into a management plan.
• Provide information and advice on prescribed or non-prescription medications, and ensure accurate documentation in patient notes.
