Job summary

Landells Signs in Australia is seeking an experienced Spray Painter to prep, prime and spray signage components to a showroom-grade, automotive finish. You will match colours against brand charts across multiple store rollouts, mix and tint paints for 2-pack and polyurethane systems, and operate spray booths and bake ovens. Maintain equipment, ensure quality, and uphold OH&S in a busy production bay.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in vehicle painting or equivalent spray painting experience
• 5+ years spraying 2-pack and polyurethane to showroom quality
• Sharp eye for colour matching and surface defects
• Able to read a job sheet and work to spec in own bay

Responsibilities

• Prepping, priming and spraying signage components to a 2-pack, automotive-grade finish
• Colour matching to brand standards for rollout across dozens of stores
• Mixing and tinting paint to formula; working with 2-pack, polyurethane and specialty coatings
• Running the spray booth and bake/oven finishes, maintaining guns, booth and equipment
