Job summary

Booran Motors are seeking Experienced Service Advisors to join our South Eastern dealerships, servicing Kia, Mitsubishi, Geely and Chery vehicles. The role covers Monday to Friday with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and accurate service advice.

Ideal candidates have dealership experience (min 12 months) and a drive to progress, with strong communication, teamwork and computer literacy. Competitive remuneration and a bonus/commission structure are offered, plus ongoing factory

Qualifications

• Experience in an automotive dealership is essential.
• Minimum 12 months in a similar or related role preferred.
• Candidates with vehicle technician background considered for progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with service bookings and vehicle drop-offs.
• Provide accurate vehicle service advice and cost explanations.
• Maintain strong customer relations and ensure a high level of service quality.
• Work collaboratively with the workshop and service team to meet targets.

Booran Motors are currently looking for experienced Service Advisors to join our South Eastern dealerships working across the following brands:

• Kia


• Mitsubishi


• Geely


• Chery

Our ideal candidates will have previous dealership experience, preferably at least 12 months in similar role, however we're also interested in hearing from experienced vehicle technicians who are looking to take the next step in their automotive career.
