Skillset in Dubbo is offering a full-time traineeship in Automotive Sales. You will gain hands-on experience while completing a Certificate III in Automotive Sales over two years.

No prior automotive or sales experience required. We’re seeking someone with a great attitude who is ready to learn, eager to work as part of a team, and focused on delivering excellent customer service and developing real-world skills in vehicle operations and sales.

Formación

• No automotive or sales experience required; a great attitude and willingness to learn.
• You’ll gain hands-on experience while completing a Certificate III in Automotive Sales over two years.
• Current Class C Driver Licence is preferred.
• Duties include welcoming customers, learning about vehicles, assisting with stock and appointments.

About the Role

This isn’t just about selling cars. You’ll get to experience different areas of a busy automotive dealership and learn how everything comes together.

You’ll start by building your skills in customer service and administration, learn about vehicles and stock, and then progress into sales and customer enquiries as your skills and confidence grow.

You’ll be supported by experienced team members throughout your development, with the role providing a pathway towards becoming a Sales Consultant.
