Niterra Australia is expanding its team with a Product Manager to own assigned categories end-to-end. You will drive profitability, market penetration, and brand growth across Australia and New Zealand by partnering with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams.

The role combines commercial strategy with hands-on technical execution, requiring strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for automotive components and technical ceramics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product lifecycles, range performance, and category success.
• Strong commercial acumen with sales forecasting, pricing, margin management, and data-driven decisions.
• Experience sourcing products, managing supplier relationships, and conducting negotiations.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills with internal & external stakeholders.
• Solid project management and knowledge of quality assurance, compliance, and data governance.

Responsabilités

• OE research, vehicle parc analysis, and mapping OE fitments to drive aftermarket opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management from concept to end-of-life for product ranges.
• Drive revenue, margin and market-share targets through category plans and demand analytics.
• Monitor pricing, competitors, and market trends to position products strategically.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely launches.
