Job summary

Burson, part of the Bapcor Group, is seeking a driven Sales Representative/Account Manager for the North area of Perth, covering Wangara and Osborne Park. You will manage and grow relationships with workshop customers, delivering exceptional service and identifying new business opportunities.

This is a field-based role in the automotive parts sector. You will quote, negotiate, monitor performance, and provide market insights while championing safety and customer satisfaction to expand Burson’s

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment.
• Experience in a field based sales position, ideally within the automotive parts industry.
• Customer focused with strong time management abilities.
• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Strong relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and build strong, long-term relationships with workshop customers across your territory.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare accurate quotes and confidently negotiate to secure sales opportunities.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on customer sales performance and growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring all activities are conducted in a safe manner.
• Provide valuable market insights and contribute to competitive analysis.
