• Confidence navigating multiple software platforms, catalogues and business systems.
• Excellent computer literacy and accurate data capture.

• Customer service experience essential; call centre experience beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up customer enquiries and escalate recurring issues where required.
