Job summary

Burson Auto Parts in Preston is hiring an Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our busy, office-based team. This role blends customer service with sales, requiring automotive knowledge to identify parts and solutions, and to process orders through our POS systems.

You'll build strong relationships with customers, upsell where appropriate, and provide accurate, timely guidance on parts, accessories and workshop equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Automotive Parts and products.
• Proven experience in customer service and KPI achievement.
• Excellent computer skills and multi-system navigation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, accurate support for customer enquiries via phone.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building positive customer experiences.
