GPC Asia Pacific is seeking a Parts Interpreters in Kelmscott, WA. You will provide accurate technical parts support to customers, solve issues, and apply sales techniques to help customers find the right parts.

You will process orders, dispatch goods, and contribute to a safe, high-energy team environment with opportunities for development and career progression.

About the role:

Our Parts Interpreters provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers, levering their expert automotive/mechanical knowledge. They assist customers with product information and advice, but also problem solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques.

Our customers benefit from the strong relationships they build and exceptional customer service they provide.

Duties include:

• Interpret parts
• Process customer orders
• Efficiently dispatch products and parts
• Promote specials
• Arrange buy ins
• Process customer credits
• Roll up your sleeves toreceive, dispatch, and put away stock.(This is a hands‑on role that involves lifting, bending, and climbing as part of your day)
• First point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
• Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home
