Repco Automotive Parts Interpreters are experts who provide technical support to trade and retail customers, using their automotive parts and mechanical knowledge. They build effective customer relationships and use up-to-date product information to problem-solve and maximise sales.

This busy phone-based role requires a safety-aware mindset, the ability to communicate technically and non-technically, and a proactive team approach.

Qualifications

• Safety mindset and commitment to a safe work environment.
• Automotive parts or mechanical experience.
• Customer service expert with some sales experience.
• Ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical terms.
• Natural problem solver with solutions focus.
• Experience using computers and software.
