Repco Automotive Parts Interpreters are experts who provide technical product support to trade and retail customers, using their automotive parts knowledge to help solve problems and maximise sales. You will build strong customer relationships, communicate complex information clearly, and thrive in a busy phone-based service environment while upholding safety standards.

This role requires flexibility, a safety mindset, and a willingness to learn with ongoing training and development

Qualifications

• Demonstrate automotive parts or mechanical experience.
• Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience.
• Be comfortable sharing knowledge; communicate technically and non-technically.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to trade & retail customers using automotive knowledge.
• Build effective customer relationships.
• Use up-to-date product information to problem-solve and maximise sales.
• Deliver genuine service and create lasting impressions for customers.
• Work in a busy phone-based customer service role.
• Maintain safety awareness on-site.
