Geely Auto Australia is seeking a Technical Specialist for Aftersales to support the dealer network with diagnostics, electrification and advanced technologies. You will help design and deliver premium technical training across the network and contribute to ongoing knowledge sharing.

The role offers opportunities to transition from hands-on workshop work into a structured OEM environment, including coaching, cross‑functional collaboration and training development.

Qualifications

• Technical background in an automotive OEM environment or as a master technician.
• Experience delivering technical training or workshops.
• EV and connected services exposure desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to Geely Australia dealer partners.
• Develop and deliver technical training content for product launches.
• Coach dealer technicians and maintain training records.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer processes for diagnosis and reporting.
• Design training aligned with new systems and updates.
