Job summary

Geely Australia is seeking a Network Specialist to support the development and ongoing operation of the dealer network. You will work with Network Managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate appointments, onboarding, compliance and performance reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in automotive dealer operations, strong data skills, and proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, offering opportunities to influence network

Qualifications

  • Approximately 2-5 years' relevant experience in automotive dealer operations, dealer network or sales operations.
  • Experience within an automotive OEM, importer, distributor or dealership group is highly regarded.
  • Exposure to dealer onboarding, network development, dealer performance or operational coordination is advantageous.
  • Good understanding of automotive dealership operations and key dealer performance drivers.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence working with data, reports and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Support Network Managers in day-to-day management and development of the dealer network.
  • Assist with dealer prospect assessment, appointments, onboarding, relocations, upgrades and other network development activities.
  • Coordinate dealer onboarding documentation, internal approvals, implementation timelines and related communications.
  • Maintain accurate dealer network information, records, agreements and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor and analyse dealer performance against KPIs and business objectives.
  • Collect, consolidate and review dealer operational, sales and financial information and prepare reports and presentations.
  • Identify performance trends, risks and follow-up needs; support dealer performance reviews.
  • Support implementation and monitoring of dealer standards, CI requirements and compliance.
  • Coordinate dealer audits, documentation and follow-up actions; track corrective actions to completion.
  • Work with Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders on network initiatives.
  • Support network planning projects, dealer programs, policies, processes and improvement initiatives.
  • Undertake other duties and projects related to the Company's business operations.

About the Role

The Network Specialist supports the development and ongoing operation of Geely Australia's dealer network. Working closely with Network Managers and cross-functional teams, the role provides coordination and analytical support across dealer appointments, onboarding, network development, dealer performance, standards and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Network Managers in the day-to-day management and development of the dealer network.
  • Assist with dealer prospect assessment, appointments, onboarding, relocations, upgrades and other network development activities.
  • Coordinate dealer onboarding documentation, internal approvals, implementation timelines and related communications.

  • Monitor and analyse dealer performance against agreed KPIs and business objectives.
  • Collect, consolidate and review dealer operational, sales and financial information and prepare regular reports and presentations.
  • Identify performance trends, risks and areas requiring follow-up, and support preparation for dealer performance reviews.
  • Support implementation and monitoring of dealer standards, policies, Corporate Identity (CI) requirements and operational compliance.
  • Coordinate dealer audits, documentation and follow-up actions, and track corrective actions through to completion.
  • Work closely with Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, Finance, Legal and other internal stakeholders on dealer network initiatives.
  • Support network planning projects, dealer programs, policies, processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Undertake other reasonable duties and projects related to the Company's business operations as required.
About You
  • Approximately 2-5 years' relevant experience in automotive dealer operations, dealer network, sales operations, business operations or a related commercial role.
  • Previous experience within an automotive OEM, importer, distributor or dealership group is highly regarded.
  • Exposure to dealer onboarding, network development, dealer performance or operational coordination is advantageous.
  • Good understanding of automotive dealership operations and key dealer performance drivers.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence working with data, reports and performance metrics.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on actions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other business reporting tools.
  • Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
