This role focuses on maximizing finance opportunities, achieving dealership targets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Business Manager within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with professional finance and insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage finance applications efficiently from initial enquiry through to settlement.
• Work closely with the Sales team to maximise finance opportunities and dealership performance.
• Achieve agreed finance, insurance and profitability targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with finance providers and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure all finance documentation is accurate, complete and processed in a timely manner.
• Maintain high standards of compliance, confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Support the dealership in achieving overall sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of finance products, processes and regulatory requirements.
