Job summary

Talent Focus is seeking a Production Assembler for a full-time role in Wetherill Park, NSW. You will assemble automotive frames and components, use hand and power tools, and follow strict production and quality requirements.

Training is provided, with a Monday to Friday 8:30am–4:30pm schedule and an ongoing opportunity in a busy automotive manufacturing environment. Reliable, detail-oriented candidates with forklift licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production, assembly or manufacturing is desirable.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes.
• Reliable and punctual work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Current Forklift Licence.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Spray glue onto automotive frames
• Assemble automotive frames and components
• Assemble automotive seats
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
• Follow production and quality requirements
• Ensure products are assembled accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets
