Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimise ASRS, WMS/WCS, and AGV systems.
• Resolve system exceptions efficiently.
• Propose enhancements to reduce congestion and downtime.
• Train frontline teams on automation processes.
• Collaborate with IT, Maintenance, and Operations.
