Labourforce is recruiting for a Warehouse Operator at a Coles Automated Distribution Centre in Redbank, QLD. The role focuses on operating and monitoring automated picking machinery within a state-of-the-art warehouse, supporting one of Australia’s largest retailers.

You will work on AM or PM shifts, with pay rates for AM and PM shifts, and may perform forklift-related tasks. On-the-job training and safety procedures are part of the role, including pre-employment checks such as police checks and

Formación

• Tech-savvy and willing to learn automation systems.
• Able to lift up to 25kg and work in a physically active role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
• Previous voice picking and pick pack experience.
• Forklift license highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Operating and monitoring automated picking machinery.
• Using voice-picking and pick-to-light systems to process orders accurately.
• Decanting and replenishment of stock into automated systems
• Work collaboratively with the warehouse to meet deadlines.
• Adhering to strict safety and quality procedures.
