Job summary

Munro Footwear Group (MFG) is seeking a Test Engineer to join our Technology team and support the delivery of technology solutions across our large, multi-brand retail business. You will work across the testing lifecycle, from understanding requirements and developing test cases through to executing manual and automated testing, managing defects and communicating results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software testing experience.
• Experience with manual and automated testing.
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar test management tools.
• Exposure to retail, supply chain or finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute test scripts and record results.
• Understand requirements and define testing scope with process owners.
• Design test cases and data reflecting real-world scenarios.
• Maintain automated regression suite and perform UI/API testing.
• Log and manage defects in JIRA.
• Collaborate with DevOps to integrate tests into pipelines.
• Communicate testing status and risks to stakeholders.
