Job summary

SoftLabs seeks a Functional Automation Tester to join our testing team in a hybrid Canberra setup. The role focuses on designing and maintaining automated regression tests (UI and API) for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions while performing manual testing and ensuring high-quality business outcomes.

You will integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage modern tools like Playwright, Selenium, and EasyRepro to support rapid digital

Qualifications

• Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications (Power Pages, Power Apps, Dataverse).
• UI, functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing across web/enterprise apps.
• Strong experience in test automation and modern testing tools.
• CI/CD integration of automated tests (Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated regression tests (UI and API/integration).
• Perform manual testing alongside automated tests.
• Integrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
• Coordinate testing across multiple projects and priorities.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and adapt to changing priorities.
