Job summary

MECCA Brands is seeking an experienced Site Engineering Manager to lead the engineering and automation function at our highly automated Distribution Centre in Victoria. You will drive reliability, safety and performance of conveyors, AS/RS, robotics and OSR shuttle technology while partnering with Knapp and OEMs.

Reporting to the National Distribution Centre Manager, you’ll manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs, monitor MTBF/MTTR metrics and oversee facilities compliance, building

Qualifications

• Trade or tertiary qualification in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience leading engineering or maintenance in automated warehouses.
• Hands-on with conveyors, sortation, AS/RS and robotics.
• CMMS usage for preventive and predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Owns day-to-day engineering, maintenance and automation across the site.
• Leads performance metrics (MTBF/MTTR) and drives reliability improvements.
• Champions safety culture and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
• Partners with Knapp, OEMs and service providers to resolve complex faults.
