Tech Recruit Australia is seeking a hands-on Mechanical Design Engineer to design conveyor and material handling systems for high‑speed e‑commerce fulfilment projects. You will deliver end-to-end engineering from concept through installation, performing calculations and collaborating with electrical and controls teams on integrated systems.
You will attend client reviews, support on-site commissioning, and ensure designs meet AS/NZS and international safety and performance standards.
You will be hands-on in designing, delivering, and commissioning real-world automation systems that move millions of parcels. You will be part of projects that involve high-speed e-commerce fulfilment centres, automated warehouse and intralogistics systems, sortation and conveyor-based distribution networks, and end-to-end material handling automation projects.
