Qualifications
- Proven experience designing automation platforms in modern software teams.
- Strong programming skills in C#, Java, Python, Go or TypeScript.
- Experience with CI/CD, IaC and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
Responsibilities
- Build and scale automation capabilities within Delivery Engineering.
- Deliver automated development and test harnesses across SDLC.
- Embed with engineering teams to build automated testing frameworks.
- Improve automation frameworks and adopt modern tooling.
- Champion automation practices within engineering teams.
- Understand codebases and interactions to tailor automation.
- Provide reporting and KPIs dashboards for quality.
- Follow architecture principles and cross-team discussions.
