About You

In prior roles, you have fast become the go-to person for solutions. Your forward-thinking, solutions-focused mindset remains grounded in the practical realities of business requirements, allowing you to strike the right balance between operational needs and technical capabilities.

You have experience working across projects, process improvement initiatives, or business transformation activities and are comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Our ideal applicant can demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly when priorities shift. This is essential in the Insurance Building industry, which is often influenced by weather events and regulatory changes.

Just as importantly, we’re looking for someone who is the right fit for our team and culture. While experience is valuable, we place a strong emphasis on attitude, personality, and approach. We believe the right person is someone who is curious, adaptable, collaborative, and genuinely motivated to drive positive change.

You are someone who takes personal ownership and sees tasks through to completion. You don't assume someone else will pick things up, and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done. Whether it's ensuring actions are followed through, stakeholders are kept informed, or initiatives are properly closed out, you operate with an "it's my responsibility until it's done" mindset.

  • 3-5 years' experience in roles such as Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Project Delivery, Business Systems, Operations, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting and validating business requirements.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Strong process mapping and business process improvement capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience supporting technology, automation or business transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Visio or similar process-mapping tools.
Highly Regarded
  • Experience in insurance, construction, trades, facilities management, property services or another operational environment.
  • Exposure to workflow automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience working with reporting and analytics tools including Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma or other project and improvement methodologies.
  • Experience supporting ERP, CRM or enterprise business systems implementations.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Technology, Project Management or a related discipline.
Why Join Us?
  • Be part of a national organisation investing heavily in technology, automation, and innovation.
  • Work on strategic projects that deliver measurable business value.
  • Partner directly with operational leaders and senior stakeholders.
  • Join a high-performing and collaborative Automation & Performance team.
  • Opportunity to influence business transformation at scale.
  • Clear career progression pathways into Project Management, Product Ownership or Operational Leadership roles.

At Ambrose Construct Group, we’re committed to diversity and equal opportunity. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and celebrate individuality.
