Job summary

Kmart Moorebank OFC is seeking aSystems and Inventory Lead to drive inventory accuracy and warehouse systems performance in a highly automated fulfilment environment. You will lead a team, influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage system upgrades, testing and go-live readiness.

The role demands proven leadership in automated logistics, strong analytics, and a track record of process improvements that enhance service levels and efficiency across B2B and B2C channels.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in automated logistics or manufacturing.
• Experience with Warehouse Management and Control Systems.
• Track record in inventory integrity programs.
• Strong stakeholder influence across operations and tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory integrity for a large-scale automated fulfilment operation.
• Serve as site SME for WMS (Manhattan Active) and WCS.
• Drive continuous improvement to service levels, efficiency and system performance.
• Partner with automation providers, tech teams and operational leaders.
• Develop and coach a team of leaders for high performance.
• Manage cycle counting, audits and stocktake programs.
• Lead root-cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.
