HammondCare is seeking an Automation Developer to design, build and support automation, AI-enabled workflows and system integrations across the organisation. You will translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions using Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Azure AI, collaborating with developers and stakeholders in a hybrid St Leonards-based role.

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Copilot Studio.
• At least 5 years’ proven experience developing integrations using APIs, Microsoft Graph, Azure services, connectors and modern integration patterns.
• Strong experience implementing AI-enabled solutions, including Copilots, AI Agents, document processing and workflow orchestration.
• Deep understanding of business process optimisation and automation architecture.
