Job summary

Labourforce is recruiting for a Coles automated distribution centre in Redbank, QLD. We seek pick packers and experienced forklift operators to join the Afternoon Shift team, supporting one of Australia’s largest retailers in a state-of-the-art automated warehouse.

The role involves operating automated picking machinery, voice-picking, pick-to-light processes, stock replenishment, and teamwork to meet deadlines with safety and quality in mind.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy and willing to learn automation systems.
• Able to lift up to 25kg and perform a physically active role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player.
• Previous voice picking and pick pack experience; forklift licence highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring automated picking machinery
• Using voice-picking and pick-to-light systems to process orders accurately.
• Decanting and replenishment of stock into automated systems
• Work collaboratively with the warehouse to meet deadlines.
• Adhering to strict safety and quality procedures.
• Forklift licence holders may also perform forklift-related tasks.
