Job summary

Labourforce invites qualified Forklift Operators to join the Coles Automated Distribution Centre in Kemps Creek. You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-tech warehouse supporting one of Australia’s largest retailers in a state-of-the-art automated facility.

As a Warehouse Forklift Operator, you will move goods, decant and replenish stock, monitor material flow through automated systems, and perform safety checks. Ongoing training and shift flexibility are provided for rostered afternoon shifts.

Qualifications

• Current Forklift Licence (mandatory).
• Proven forklift operating experience in a warehouse environment.
• Physically fit to lift up to 25kg and perform demanding shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to transport, load, and unload goods.
• Decant and replenish stock into automated systems using forklift equipment.
• Support and monitor material flow through automated picking and replenishment systems.
• Perform routine safety checks and basic forklift maintenance.
• Work collaboratively to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
