Frontline Human Resources – Eagle Farm QLD is sourcing an Auto Electrician or Automotive Trade Assistant (Heavy Vehicle) for a client in the bus and coach body manufacturing sector. The role is based in Eagle Farm with immediate starts and a Monday–Friday 6am–3pm schedule (RDO every second Friday).

There is potential for full-time employment for the right candidate. Key duties include wiring and installing electrical systems in bus bodies, diagnosing faults, reading wiring diagrams, upgrading

Qualificações

• Experience in a role as a qualified Auto Electrician or Automotive Trade Assistant.
• Experience working with buses (preferred not essential).
• Copies of all certificates and qualifications.
• Physically fit or experience working in a physically demanding role.

Responsabilidades

• Install and wire electrical systems and components in new bus bodies, including lighting, control panels, and accessories.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
• Modify or upgrade electrical systems to meet design changes or customer requirements.
• Ensure all work complies with Australian Design Rules (ADR), safety standards, and internal quality procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams and follow WHS policies to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
