Job summary

Sherrin Rentals in Brisbane seeks an experienced Auto Electrician to join our workshop team building Elevated Work Platforms. Join a safety-focused, supportive environment where quality matters and your skills are valued.

You will diagnose and repair electrical faults, install wiring and safety systems, test components, and read diagrams while maintaining records. A valid auto electrical trade qualification and heavy vehicle experience are required; PLC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Auto Electrical Trade Qualification required.
• Experience with heavy vehicles or equipment is essential.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• PLC experience is a plus.
• Strong focus on safety and quality is required.

• Auto Electrical Trade Qualification
• Experience with heavy vehicles or equipment
• Experience within auto electrical manufacturing an advantage
• Strong fault-finding skills
• Ability to read wiring diagrams
• PLC experience (desirable)
• Strong focus on safety and quality
• Must have tools for the trade

Working hours:

Mon-Thu 6:00am - 3:30pm, Fri 6:00am - 1:00pm
