Qualifications

• Trade qualified Auto Electrician
• Minimum 5 years' industry experience after completing apprenticeship
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Experience with heavy vehicles or mobile machinery is advantageous
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex automotive electrical faults
• Install and commission electrical systems and accessories
• Perform testing, servicing and preventative maintenance
• Interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics
• Complete work to a high standard while meeting safety and quality requirements
• Assist with continuous improvement and workshop efficiency
