Aspect Therapy, part of Aspect (Autism Spectrum Australia), seeks an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to empower individuals on the autism spectrum and their families in the community. The role is itinerant across The Gables and Hills Shire, delivering evidence-informed, person-centred therapy with strong professional support.

Qualificações

• Tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy and full registration with AHPRA.
• Willingness to travel across The Hills Region and Blacktown LGA's.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance and Working with Children Check if required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver therapy supports to multiple participants per day in community settings.
• Develop practical, goal‑focused intervention plans.
• Collaborate with families, carers and support networks.
• Build strengths-based, functional and meaningful strategies.
• Support participants to develop independence and everyday life skills.
• Work autonomously in the community and as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
