Job summary

Syfe is a leading APAC digital wealth platform with operations in Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong, seeking a Risk and Compliance Admin Associate to support the Australian compliance program and broader APAC needs.

You will join the Legal and Compliance team, assisting with fraud prevention, risk monitoring, and regulatory reporting while coordinating with other risk, investment, and operations teams to scale governance across the business.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in financial services compliance (AFSL-regulated preferred).
• Experience with AML/CTF and fraud operations including transaction monitoring and AUSTRAC reporting.
• Familiarity with Australian regulatory framework—AML/CTF Act, AUSTRAC Rules, Corporations Act, AFSL obligations.

Responsibilities

• Support risk management and compliance procedures for Australian matters with APAC support.
• Assist in fraud detection, scams prevention, and regulatory incident handling.
• Prepare analysis, update procedures, and coordinate changes from regulatory guidance.
• Perform monitoring tasks and triage alerts for financial-crime risk.
• Compile reports on fraud controls across customer lifecycle for risk review.
• Review marketing materials and customer communications for ASIC alignment.
• Contribute to digital advice platform monitoring, quality, and disclosure controls.
• Maintain and update compliance documentation across business functions.
