Job summary

MSL is seeking an Australian-qualified Clinical Coder based remotely to support Australian clients. You will deliver accurate ICD-10-AM coding in line with Australian Coding Standards and ensure high-quality outcomes for providers.

This hands-on, individual contributor role requires experience with ACS and ACHI, day surgery and private hospital coding, and the ability to work Australian business hours or overlapping times. Secure internet and disciplined, independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Australian clinical coding qualification (ICD-10-AM).
• Demonstrated experience using Australian Coding Standards.
• Strong knowledge of ACS & ACHI.
• Experience with Australian private hospital or day surgery coding.
• Excellent attention to detail and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.

We are seeking an Australian-qualified Clinical Coder who is currently based in Sri Lanka to support our Australian clients remotely.

Role Purpose

To deliver accurate, compliant ICD-10-AM clinical coding in line with Australian Coding Standards, ensuring high-quality outcomes for Australian healthcare providers.

This is a hands‑on Individual Contributor role with no people‑management responsibilities.
